The 36 hole development aims to create one of the most memorable golfing experiences in the world. Stretched along the Croatian coastline, golf holes will play across open grassland, wooded areas, natural ravines and finish in the coastal dunes. On the Championship course each hole will feature ocean views. Besides the design of the golf course, we have assisted the client with preliminary resort landuse plans and cost estimates. When finished the project will consist of an 18 hole Championship course, a second full length 18 hole course as well as extensive practice facilities. Furthermore the resort will incorporate a mixture of apartments, townhouses and villas – as well as a medical congress center and a full sized marina. The course has been pre-approved to host the first European Tour event in Croatia.
