Spogárd and VanderVaart has been appointed to create a long-term masterplan for the historic Helsinki GC in the heart of Finland's capital city. The club is widely regarded as the most prestigious club in Finland. The historic course from the 1930s is located just 6 kms from Helsinki town centre.

Spogárd & Vandervaart Recieves Prestigious Design Award
Today, Golf Inc. Magazine was published – officially naming Golfbaan Stippelberg, designed by Spogárd & VanderVaart Golf Course Architects, the Development of the Year 2011. The judges for the competition, Sam Sakocius and Rick Baril, empasized the well-planned execution of the project as well as the designers ability to work with the landscape to maximize the projects potential.

Year In Review

Spogárd & Vandervaart Breaks Ground On Denmark's Biggest Ever Renovation Project
Spogárd & VanderVaart has broken ground on what is the biggest reconstruction project ever to take place in Denmark. The aim is to establish the New Course at Himmerland Golf & Country Club (HGCC) among the premium clubs in Europe and bring the European Tour back to Denmark in 2014. “The renovation of the New Course will be among the most comprehensive renovation projects ever to take place in Scandinavia.
